Mosaic provides Professional Managed Services Packages for Linux and Windows based servers, network hardware and equipment colocated in our datacenter facilities. Our Professional Services allow you to transfer your day-to-day server related management responsibility as a means for improving network operations and freeing your IT staff up to work on more important things. We offer three packages; Basic, Standard and Premium with custom packages available upon request.

Professional Managed Services – Support Process

  • INTERVIEW – Discuss, identify and document the problem(s).
  • ESTIMATE – Provide an estimate of the hours/services required.
  • APPROVAL – You decide on exactly what work you want done.
  • PAYMENT – Payment is accepted and work can being immediately.
  • WORK – Engineers will access your systems directly through SSH, explore the problem and fix it directly.
  • DOCUMENTATION – All work is documented for future reference.
  • FOLLOW-UP – A manager will contact you to see how things went!

Professional Managed Services Rates

1 hour – $150 per hour
8 hour block – $1,100 (8% discount)
16 hour block – $2,160 (10% discount)
40 hour block – $5,280 (12% discount)
